This villa includes A/C in each room, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, large gas BBQ, LG HDTV, Major streamers (Apple, Prime, Netflix, Disney+) private garage parking space; guest access to private club level amenities (2 pools, cabana, tennis courts, beach); unlimited calls to the US and Canada, secure fiber optic Wi-Fi, full sets of plush towels/linens.
Downtown Cabo is just minutes away: world-class restaurants, shops to explore, and activities to enjoy. Why they chose this property
Over the years we have stayed at many different homes and condos throughout the area but this complex we fell absolutely in love with during our first stay a few years ago. It's just seconds to drive down the hill into downtown Cabo so easy access to everything you would want to visit during your vacation!
What makes this property unique
Located in the private community of Pedregal in Cabo san Lucas. This community is best in Cabo! Many homes in the neighborhood are owned by famous Hollywood movie stars. The community is situated right above downtown Cabo san Lucas with amazing views of the city and the Sea of Cortez. The community also has a private beach with no vendors hassling you day and night!
