Hidden Fees

Very nice place to stay! However I booked thru VRbo paid in advanced and when we got there there was a fee of 164 to join their benefits club. The benefits are only good during your stay (non refundable) and a 125 deposit. Plus they offer parking on site for an extra 75 nightly!!!! We got free water coffee n pop guess that’s the bonus

A weekend away

This stay was a bait and switch. Online it looks like a great deal. It was just over 300 for two nights. Then when we go to check in its another 348 in fees. Granted that is also counting the 75 a night for parking. So you looking at 198 in fees and 150 for parking. The hotel was clean. The only issue with the room was in the bathroom the wallpaper was coming off the wall in a spot and the air filter on the AC/Furnace was clogged with dust and gunk. The Heat was always to hot. Had to run the AC to get the room to a cool 70 degrees. I would not recommend this hotel again. You are paying for more than you get. The only plus is that it is close to the Michigan mile and within walking distance to navy pier . Do not waist your money on this hotel.
