Great location and great coffee bar/ lounge!

Easy to get to Chicago 360, navy pier, millennium park etc!!! Elevator broke down and the room fee $90 for booking through a 3rd party such as VRBO… not great but otherwise happy with rooms and stay. Good staff and rooms are good

Perfect location!

A few hundred feet off the magnificent mile! Gino’s east right next door, and a fabulously fresh and cozy bagel restaurant for breakfast! The Hotel is bright and clean, with a modern look, spacious lobby with several designed gathering spaces. Plentifully stocked coffee bar, and a large and well equipped on site gym. I highly recommend it was not as described in the Vrbo ad, which is why I rated lower. I also had a difficult time with getting my message across the rooms had to be close. It all worked out though.

Inaccurate listing

We booked a two bedroom two bath room that was supposed to have 4 beds. We are a family of 7. We checked in and went up to our room to find 2 beds and 1 bath. When we spoke to the manager she said that they didn't have any rooms like that and tried her best to make us comfortable. She said that this wasn't the first time that something like that had happened.
