Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties. No eating in bedrooms. If you don’t leave by 10am there is a $50 fee. Trash must be taken out of the unit and placed in the bin outside.

Extra cleaning fee of $25 per day per animal for service animals. No use of the back yard. No grills. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.

If you use Extra towels there is a $40 fee. When you leave the premises you must close all doors.
