A Cosy Place

Exactly what we were looking for, nice quiet place to chill and relax. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake. Super clean Chalet. Owner was responsive, professional and friendly!

Great stay at Lac Thomas

Our extended family of 9 had a great stay at Lac Thomas. We enjoyed the chalet as well as the lake, using the kayaks and boards to explore and finishing up with the jacuzzi. The lake's water temperature was surprisingly good! We liked our meals at the large kitchen table. The foosball table was a plus! From there we drove through La Mauricie National Park on our way to Lac Saint-Jean.

The lake was very clean and the chalet was quite beautiful as well but there were a few issues. The owner was very late in sending the check in instructions and would not respond to my messages, Additionally the fire pit was very close to the house and there were harsh flood lights that wouldn't turn off which made it very bright around the fire in an unpleasant way. The cushions were missing from the seating area outside and the beds were also very uncomfortable.It wasn't a bad place to stay, it was a lovely trip with a nice lake and cabin but due to the above issues it's not somewhere I could see myself staying again.

L'emplacement offre une superbe vue sur le lac. Les espaces sont bien aménagés et agréables. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, nous avons bien cuisiné. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du bain à remous. Les kayaks nous ont permis de nous promener sur le lac.

Une fin de semaine pluvieuse

Nous avons passé trois jours dans ce très beau chalet au bord du lac Thomas. Le beau temps n'était pas de la partie mais les chalets galaxie nous ont gentiment permis de rester deux heures de plus le dimanche, seul jour sans pluie !

Beau MAIS…

Tout était bien sauf qu’il faudrait que les matelas et oreillers soient pas mal plus mous. Sur 7 matelas, juste un était confortable , certains membres de ma famille avaient l’impression de coucher sur des roches, même on eu mal au dos, courbaturé. Je suggère d’avoir plus de produits ménagers. À noter, il y a une patte du divan au sous-sol était brisée lors de notre arrivée.

Très beau chalet sur un beau site !

Très beau chalet sur un site boisé , confortable,vue superbe. De la place pour une grande famille, bien aménagé, bien équipé. Le quai et son accès à besoin d’amélioration, escalier plus sécuritaire et échelle pour la baignade serait nécessaire. Le foyer extérieur est super avec beaucoup de chaises Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour
