WR #13 is where you want to stay at Eagle Point Ski Resort. Seasonally all types of play await right outside the door. Bring your toys! Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, timber sledding, rock climbing, hiking, biking, ATV the Paiute Trail, fish all five lakes, stargaze, rent an off-road E-bike or paddle board a lake,. Or, how about making your friend an enemy at the paint ball course next to the Lodge? Come Play. It`s fun.

This newly recdecorated unit is spacious and very well appointed.

The designer floors will immediately capture your attention. Created and made by a craftsman here on the mountain showcases the talent of people who live here. The kitchen has all the applances you will need to make cooking fun while you are here.

The 65` Smart TV allows you to watch your own shows and favorite movies.

We`re available by phone and by text throughout the week, and on-site personnel will always be assigned on the weekends.

Located in the Tusher Mountains of Southern Utah, along the historic Paiute Trail, Eagle Point Ski Resort is a true diamond in the rough, with no end to great experiences for every member of the family to unplug and build cherished mountain memories to last a lifetime!

Winter months require four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles. Eagle Point is a ski resort. You`ll be enjoying the peace and serenity of the mountains about 20 minutes away from Beaver, Utah. Be sure to fill your gas tank in town before coming up the mountains all-wheel-drive + snow tires and a set of chains, just in case, are highly recommended in winter.

WR #13 is not a pet friendly condo.

Smoking is not permitted in the condo at all. Please smoke in your vehicles or away from the unit.

Fantastic place in beautiful surroundings. Communication was excellent. We came to town for an event in Beaver, it is a bit of a drive to and from was the detractor for our stay but if you are not having to commute, it is the perfect place.

Beat the heat

Great place, wifi was pretty spotty and there is no way to contact the owner if the Wi-Fi is spotty. Also could use some hot pads and a broiler pan since there is no outdoor grill.

Mosquito City

No screen on bedroom slider. Made it too hot to sleep comfortably. No screen on kitchen window for a cross draft. Front door screen had hole and was torn on one side. Also big gap at bottom so mosquitos and flies were a big problem. Cute unit, but wouldnt stay again until those things were fixed. Also, no phone number to reach anyone for assistance.
