True Florida Lifestyle 3-bedroom home on canal with a pool. My Hometown Paradise! Doesn't get any better than this with evening sunsets by the pool deck bar overlooking the canal. See the seasonal manatees swimming right up to the dock. Close enough to the beaches, yet the neighborhood is not a through-road so it remains quiet. Three spacious bedrooms and two living spaces for the family (or two) to enjoy. A true boater’s paradise, so bring your boat to tie up to the dock for the week and enjoy Anna Maria Island!

Great place to stay! Very close to AMI. House had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kids had a blast with the pool and the dock on the canal. David was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again if we went back to AMI.

This place checked the boxes off for all 8 of us for a family vacation. Used the kayaks to fish, fished off the dock, had fish for dinner two nights, went for bike rides, went over to the island to hang out and fish. Perfect spot! David was so easy to communicate with. Very prompt at getting back to us with answers to any questions we had. Pool was warm and the sun was shining! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot in a safe neighborhood. Fun house for kids with pool and ping pong. Close to IMG academy where big brother was at camp for the week

Didn’t want to leave, booked another night!

Amazing stay! Perfect for all ages as there was a room with bunk beds, and 2 other rooms with king size beds. The pool was our favorite! Will definitely be back for future stays. We live in town but wanted to be closer to the water for my 30th birthday. We were allowed to have a large group of friends over while hosted a hibachi dinner! The house felt like home and we will be back for more staycations!

Family Beach, Fishing, & Football Weekend

This wonderful property is 10 minutes from IMG Academy for a youth football tournament that we were attending and also so close to the beautiful beaches of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend. The home was as advertised and the host was fantastic. Great communication and flexibility when we wanted to stay an additional night. Our family enjoyed the pool, kayaks and fishing on the canal, ping pong table, and large TVs. The house was very clean, had a big driveway for multiple vehicles, and was in a quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area, great restaurants nearby, and a relaxing and fun place to stay! We enjoyed our family weekend. Thank you for the hospitality!

The cleaning is poor; the sheets didn't smell good—in fact, we had to wash them before going to sleep, as they smelled as if someone had already slept in them. In the kitchen, it was extremely dirty whenever you opened a drawer or cabinet. The same went for the bathrooms: you would open a drawer, and it wasn't clean. We even had to wash the glasses before using them because they were so dirty. On the surface, everything looked fine—until you opened a cabinet. Whoever is doing the cleaning is not doing their job properly. Every single item in the kitchen that we used had to be washed beforehand.

Overall an excellent stay.We had a couple of issues when we arrived and was delighted at the speed of response from David.Issues with the bikes and fishing gear were sorted within an hour of contacting David -3 new bikes and fishing rods turned up!!!Great location with great access to the Island and the bay. Thank you David for sharing your house.I just hope that future guests treat the bikes and fishing gear well!!

My family of 4 had a great early summer experience here. The pool, kayaks, and fishing gear were all put to good use. The house was clean with plenty of space and well stocked with lots of towels. The location was perfect for us, too. 10 minutes to IMG for a baseball tournament, 10 minutes to the island for beach, fishing, and food. Ice cream shop was 5 minutes away and I highly suggest getting some homemade pies/slices at Mermaid Pie shop right across the street from the neighborhood.

I grew up in this fantastic area in the 90's and early 2000's. I left to college after graduating at Bayshore High School. I still have family that resides in Bradenton. Since leaving town in 2000 and leaving Florida in 2007- I have kept tabs on the 'My Paradise'. This will be my home when I return for good.
