Newly renovated home that comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child or 2 adults and 4 children.
Central Air, climate control in each room.
2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and private driveway. Within 10-15 min. walking distance to boardwalk which features various shops, restaurants, live entertainment, amusement piers and water parks.
2 min. walk to the state of the art Bryne Community Center/Maxwell Field, which features a basketball court, fitness room, computer lab, meeting room, dance hall and kitchen facilities.

Long Weekend

Myself and my two sisters had a long weekend getaway and stayed here. Communication with the host was wonderful, quick responses and very kind. Property I do not believe was cleaned prior to our stay and was lacking some essentials like hand soap in the bathroom and mugs for coffee. Walk to the beach is just under a mile which isn’t bad unless you’ll be making multiple trips throughout the day with children. Property is located a little secluded, and there was construction right in front of the house as well which wasn’t great. Overall, the property is okay, seemed a little overpriced for what we got.

Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that your expectations were not completely met as we pride ourselves in consistently providing a 5-star experience for our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and have professional housekeepers clean and sanitize the entire property at the conclusion of each stay. We like our counter tops to be clear, therefore, we store our mugs in the cabinet above the Keurig machine. However, it is possible they were inadvertently stored in another cabinet during your stay. Additionally, our hand soap dispensers are replaced with each visit and kept on the sink with additional supplies stored in the vanity below. Perhaps it was an oversight on the part of the cleaning company not placing the dispenser where it was visible, for you would not have known to check in the cabinet for another. While we are proud that our town is replacing old water main pipes, it is beyond our control when the city chooses to do the work. We are pleased to report that the work has been completed, but apologize it occurred during your 4 days visit from June 19th to June 23rd. In addition we graciously accommodated your early check-in request without any additional fees. Please allow us the opportunity to showcase the 5-star hospitality of which all our returning guests are accustomed to experiencing. Thank you for your patronage, and please visit us again soon!
