Beautifully renovated 6-bed/4.5bath home with inground pool! Bright & airy, 2 separate hangout spaces, front porch, rear patio, outdoor shower, and 4 off-street parking spots. Only a 10 minute walk to the Madison Ave. beach and the shopping area, or a short bike ride or drive. Bring your pooch because it's dog-friendly, too, with a fully fenced rear yard! The Sunday-to-Sunday booking allows you to avoid the Saturday arrival traffic. *Bonus- 4 offstreet parking spaces provided on property (NO MORE THAN 4 CARS* A cleaning fee of $285 will be charged for stays less than a week, and there is a $150 pet fee for the 1st dog, $100 for the 2nd (MAX 2 DOGS) Also, ask about the option to have the pool heated for a $200 fee (2026- pool will be open by Memorial Day Weekend).
