Welcome to my studio!
Located in a brand new building, this modern and tastefully decorated is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as the Dubai Canal! The apartment is on the 7th floor with a lift.
This studio has open living, dining, and kitchen areas with brand-new furniture. The living space features a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. You can also access the private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
During your stay, you can access the waterfront infinity pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa, an outdoor fitness terrace, steam and sauna facilities, and the Dubai Canal's cycling and jogging track.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
