The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, the second with a queen-size bed and the third with two single beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in Business Bay and overlooking the Downtown District, this apartment is considered a signature of premium luxury. The property is located amidst great architecture, majestic landscape gardens, and enormous shopping malls with the famous Dubai Mall within 7-mins walking distance. The property also enjoys great connectivity to all parts of the city, close to Sheikh Zayed Road.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus stop, Business Bay Metro Bus Stop Landside bus stop, is just a 1-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 22 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 6 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 15 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 21 minutes away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 has a surcharge of 100 AED, and after 22:00 is 150 AED.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
