We are Canadians and have been landlords in Canada and the USA the last 24 years. We have owned properties in Key West, Cape Coral, Vero Beach, and now beautiful Jensen Beach. Chris is a retired firefighter, and I was an accredited financial planner with a major Canadian bank for 24 years. I now work as a mortgage agent helping clients with their dream properties. Jensen Beach is a very friendly, safe city with live music in many of the restaurants and eateries downtown. It has an old Florida feel and surf vibe. The beaches are expansive, natural white sandy shores and a short 8 minute drive from our vacation property.
