Located just 5 miles from the interstate, with paved roads leading to the gravel driveway, this cabin ensures easy access without the hassle of navigating mountain roads. Situated on 5 flat acres, the property boasts breathtaking views and ample space to unwind and explore.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a cozy laundry room before stepping into the inviting open-concept living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table seating 6, and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for culinary adventures, while the living room beckons with plush reclining couches, rockers, and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Amazing property with a stunning view! It’s perfectly secluded away from all the noise, yet still close enough to easily enjoy the local attractions and city. Very homey feeling. It was secluded on its own piece of property and was very easy to find. Plenty of room to park. Very nice view of the river that runs on the back side of the property. Very clean and loved the woodwork in the home.

This cabin was exactly as my title says… Just perfect! Perfect location, perfect amenities, perfect surroundings. My teenagers even loved the wildlife. It is so close to everything but yet feels remote. My daughter will be a freshman at UT this fall and we will definitely be back!!

Nice place!!

This was a great little house and we enjoyed it! Floors and couches could use a good cleaning and bathrooms could use some hooks or a towel rod to hang up towels, but other than that I would definitely rent again! We enjoyed the river view and awesome porches with rocking chairs and nice hottub!

River trip 2025

The property is an amazing location, the only complaint I have with this property to make it perfect would be the landscape. The grass was a little high so yard fleas ate us up when trying to fish and the river was difficult to access. Make the river more accessible and keep yard clean cut and it’s a perfect stay!

Very nice - new home

We enjoyed our time with family at this home. The house is new, and the inside was clean. There is NO hair dryer, no spices, coffee or soap. Was a bit disappointed and expected more because we paid a lot of money to stay here.

We loved the location of the property. It was wonderful being in the countryside away from all of the hustle and bustle of the area. The cabin was definitely big enough. The front and back porches were also wonderful to sit to enjoy the setting. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
