My husband, 2 daughters (17 & 20), and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at Fernandina Beach! The place was easy to find, easy to check-in/out, easy code access, easy walking path to get out to the beach from the back door, clean, and comfortable!

This was the perfect place for us. Very pet friendly. The walk to the beach was fantastic. The boardwalk, which was shared by the other half of the house felt very private. The beach was gorgeous. The overall atmosphere of Amelia Island was very relaxing. The restaurants were terrific. We would definitely come again.

We enjoyed a 4 day stay and loved the beach views! The house is clean and the layout is great. Being on the beach is amazing and sunrises are stunning. I’m thankful they allow pets. It was my dogs first time at the ocean and we got tons of laughs watching him play in the waves. The management company is awesome so in the event you have a question, they are lightning fast.

We had a girl's weekend here during Shrimpfest and enjoyed every minute. We ended up spending very little time downtown because it was so wonderful just staying at the house!
