It includes 2 Airconditioned bedrooms, living room, 1 bath, and 1 full-size family kitchen with Ref, Induction Cooker, Rice Cooker, Water Dispenser, Electric Kettle etc.

There is plenty to do within walking distance including bars and restaurants or relax at home and watch Netflix or Hulu on the Smart TV.”

Situated 2mins away from the airport, walking distance to Jollibee Tiguma 24/7, Mona Pharmacy, Bakeries, Laundry Shops and Remittance Centers (Palawan, Cebuana, MLuillier); 5minutes to city proper.

A 2Storey Townhouse and got two Air-Conditioned Bedrooms with QUEEN and DOUBLE SIZED BED. The house is good for 5persons but can accommodate up to 10; additional fee of 350/head will apply.

Rooms are located upstairs, 1 Master's Bedroom and Guest's Room.
Living Area, Dining and Comfort Room are downstairs. Kitchen Sink is located separately, just right at the back of the premises.
Guest access
Guests are free to access all the amenities of Camella Homes wherein there is a wide playground, clubhouse and basketball court, exclusive for Camella's residents and guests.
