Just a half mile from the beach, this property combines two residences: a Luxury Farmhouse (5 bdrms, 4 baths, 2 fam rms, 1.5 kitchens) and a detached Beach Cottage (2 bdrms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen, 1 fam rm). Enjoy shared spaces, private lanais, well-equipped kitchens, spacious baths, A/C bedrooms, and beach essentials for all ages. Plus, access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club with waterslide, pool, gym, pickleball, and more.
NO SMOKING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, PARTIES(GATHERINGS IN EXCESS OF HOME OCCUPANCY) OR PETS IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. You will be charged $1500, plus any applicable damages if any rule is violated.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The Poipu Beach Farmhouse felt high-end but also super comfortable. The house and neighborhood are is gorgeous, and the 7 bedroom layout was perfect for our multi-family group to stay together without ever feeling crowded. Beyond the immaculate home and fantastic hosting, having access to the gym and excellent poolside service truly elevated our vacation. I highly recommend anyone coming to the south shore to stay here. We are definitely coming back!

Absolutely incredible property. We stayed here with a large group and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out without feeling on top of each other. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you could possibly need, but the outdoor setup and club access (the pool and pickleball were huge hits) took it to the next level. Plus, being less than a mile from Kiahuna Beach made daily trips so easy. Couldn't have asked for a better home base in Poipu!

Great place for our family vacation!

The house was great for our entire family to stay. We were surprised with how much room we had given that the trip consisted of 12 of us in 4 separate family units. The house had everything we needed for supplies both whether we were at the house or at the beach. It was so close to several beaches and shopping. We couldn't be happier with our choice of accomodations.

Family vacation

We had 13 family members, 12 couples and our 92 year old grandma. The Farmhouse and cottage was perfect. More than enough room for all of us. We had family dinners and played games all together in the main living room. We had use to all the beach equipment we needed for our time at the beach. We all said this could be a house we would stay in again. Brandon was a great host, always available when needed.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. For the size of the house and number of bedrooms, this was the best value we found. The house was clean, really spacious, and the layout worked great for our family.We loved having multiple living rooms. The kids could hang out in one while the adults relaxed in another, then we'd all get together for dinner and games. The detached cottage was perfect for my sister's family with a young child since it gave them a quiet place for naps and bedtime.One thing that surprised us was how much we ended up using the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. The kids loved the waterslide, and I really enjoyed the open-air gym—it had way more equipment than I expected. It ended up being one of our favorite perks.We've stayed on the north side of Kauai before, but we actually liked the south side better. The weather was consistently great, and being so close to Poipu Beach was a huge bonus. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite VRBO property I’ve ever stayed at, bar none, and it was was PERFECT for our group of 14 (extended family) which ranged in ages from 6 – 78. We loved it and will plan future trips around staying here.Amenities: The home has full kitchen(s), outdoor grill(s), laundry machines and multiple refrigerators for all of your needs, e.g., a drink fridge and a food fridge. Ample cookware. Ample supplies. Ample silver and glassware. Actually, the supplies were more than ample, with a garage full of soaps, paper towels, cooking oils, etc. The yard is also quite large for kids throwing footballs.Toys: I’ve never seen anything like this. The essentials are there, yes (boogie board(s), umbrellas and beach chairs), but also snorkels, fins and aqua sox in every size (30 pairs available total?) for rocky snorkel spots (you’ll want them getting in and out of the water at Poipu beach).Location: Poipu. Best spot on the island. Short drive (or walk) to Poipu and Brennecke’s beaches, Spouting Horn, Old Koloa Town, Shopping Village, and coffee (easy walk; multiple coffee shops). Pool and Gym Access: Access to the Poipu Beach Club and Gym was better than an any at home gym or pool as it gave our whole group the chance to use it. The gym has free weights, racks, machines, a yoga studio and even a “box” for the crossfitters in your life. Décor: Modern farmhouse. Very cool. Very chic. Very white, which is perfect for all of the natural light Kauai offers
