Large, comfortable living area with expansive decking and beautiful grape arbor off front porch. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, screened-in back porch, sun room with hot tub and large outdoor shower. Plenty of storage for surfboards & bikes. Only 500 yards to ocean beach and hiking trails in Shadmoor State Park.
