This is a 3 story, 2430 square foot townhome with 4.5 bathrooms. There is a garage, a ground floor bedroom (be aware, the kitchen is on the second floor).
The bed sizes are as follows:
Bedroom 1: King bed and full bathroom (1st floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and full bath (2nd floor)
Bedroom 3 King bed and full bathroom (3rd floor)
Bedroom 4 Queen bed and full bathroom (3rd floor)

We have stayed at a lot of places and this by far was the best! Clean, well taken care of and furnishings in good condition. We felt perfectly safe walking our dog in the neighborhood and to Park Circle. Coffee creamers were a nice addition. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time we travel to Chearleston.

Cool artistic decor

There were 5 of us sisters who celebrated a birthday and bachelorette weekend. The townhome is new, clean, very nicely appointed and comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Two Bedrooms have king beds. The neighborhood is quiet and also new. One mile away is a quaint shopping area with lots of restaurants. We had good communication with the owner/property manager. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The Perfect Place

The property was so spacious and clean and packed with amenities appreciated by four law school friends celebrating a 20-year reunion. Joseph was easy to contact and we loved coming back to our condo after packed days out in Charleston and the area. Comfy beds and bathrooms packed with amenities meant we were able to relax. The kitchen had everything we could need. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. The neighborhood was secure and quiet. Thank you for a marvelous stay.

Book this place!!!

We visited Charleston for a Citadel Graduation. We had 3 couples and this place was absolutely perfect. We each slept in a different floor and still had an extra bedroom. The place was very clean and the owners thought about everything that we could need. The communication was awesome from the very minute we booked. Easiest checkout ever ! We just packed up and locked up. That’s it. We did start the washer and dishwasher before we left to help the cleaner out though. I would rent this place again with no hesitation. It was more than we expected

Family Vacation

The name alone was intriguing but when we saw the pictures it was unanaimous. We couldn't wait to see it in person. The beautiful and spacious Picasso House did not disappoint. Our host was very responsive from start to finish. The community was charming and walkable. We shopped, we ate (Bonefish Grill, Grits Counter, Amen, Sesame Burgers and Beer and Basil in Park Circle), toured the city of Charleston but coming back to the Picasso House in the evening was the best. Thank you Mr. Coker!

The most accommodating host!

Joseph was absolutely amazing from the start. He communicates promptly and goes out of his way to try and accommodate you and your situation for your stay. We stayed here during my sister’s bachelorette weekend in Charleston and Joseph was super accommodating in letting us check in early to get the place set up and even offered to decorate the place for us! With never being to Charleston before, Joseph gave us SO many great recommendations on all of the things to do there. The house, SO cute and SPACIOUS! There were 5 of us girls, which if you know, you know, and we had zero issues with getting ready or people taking up the bathroom. There was a bathroom in each room and the rooms all had Queen size beds or bigger. Of course, having a TV in each room would have been nice, but that’s just getting super picky. Hands down, one of the best weekends I have ever had in my life and would most definitely recommend this house to anyone and would come here again! Thank you Joseph for being such a great Host!
