Welcome to our beautiful 1-bedroom beachfront condo available for rent! This cozy and stylish unit offers the perfect vacation/work getaway right on North Beach!

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and for those traveling with friends or family, we have also included a sturdy and convenient bunk bed, adding flexibility to accommodate additional guests.

The living area is designed with the flat-screen TV with cable, or connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi to stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave

Additionally, our condo includes balcony and for added convenience, the building amenities include a swimming pool, and a laundry room. There is also on-site parking available.

It is within walking distance to a variety of local attractions, including restaurants, and entertainment options. We try to provide everything you should need. I am also available most of the day to assist with any further needs and/or questions...

The host was fantastic and I felt like the unit was nice. It was obvious that she has worked on making it welcoming. However, the community and building were in bad shape. There was trash in the stairwells, exposed pipes with cracked paneling, and needing painting through out.

Pretty view with easy access to anything. Close to the beach. Couch was really comfortable, everything was clean and cold and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here 🙏

First off listing is very deceiving. Was charged with a few when arrived. The place looked like an old motel, looked like a fire hazard. My granddaughter was unhappy & wanted to go home. It ruined or vacation and my birthday.

Short and sweet stay

Check-in was easy. Contacted owner with some questions and he answered promptly. Views are beautiful. Condo itself was clean and smelled good. My only complaint was lots of large holes leading to the building I was at. They need to be filled.

It was okay but i did really get any information until i send the host a message and she responded with the condo number and and code. But then i send her another message requesting the WiFi password and received an answer. They didn't have any instructions for the stay and the place could use a little bit more extended cleaning.

I had questions about the property prior to check-in and was unable to get a response from the property manager. The day of check-in, I tried to contact him through the app several times without a response. I eventually had to contact an agent with Vrbo and they were not successful and making contact either. I finally heard back from property owner right before check-in. Although the property had a fresh smell of cleaner when we walked in and appeared to be clean. The floors were filthy. The bathtub has mold and mildew that needed to be cleaned. The bedding’s on the queen bed had an odor that I could just not bear to sleep on. So we had brought an extra blanket with us that I covered the bed with and slept on. I understand that the property is old and that,was not an issue. However, I fill that the balcony for this particular unit is not safe to stand or set out on.
