This beautiful 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Home is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and all the action Leucadia State Beach has to offer.
From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes almost anywhere. Conveniently located near the beach and you are only a few minutes from 30+ restaurants & bars and other activities.
Located just 10 minutes from the beach. The home has been designed to maximize its prime location in one of Southern California's most desirable areas. Spanning more than 2500sq. ft. of living space and situated with 5 beds and 3.5 bathrooms.
For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space this is the home for you! On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and the main living room fully equipped with a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Hulu capabilities and bi-folding doors opening to the patio and pool for a true indoor/outdoor feeling.
On the second floor, you will find (5) Spacious Bedrooms and (2)Bathrooms.
Master Bedroom 1: - (1) King Bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: (1) King Bed
Bedroom 3: (1) Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: (1) Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: (1) Single bed with Trundle
Our home also includes 4 Parking spots, Washer & Dryer, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Toys, Umbrellas & Beach and Bath towels.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Encinitas Beach Quiet Hours 9 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio, Backyard or Pool Access after 9 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Fire-pit must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
