Beautiful and clean 500 District Guest House. We only needed to stay one night but could have definably been comfortable staying longer. House kitchen and bath was equipped with all the basic necessities and some other fun stuff! We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed coffee and breakfast downtown at 505 Café which is also owned by the 500 District.

My friend and I stayed here in June. We brought our bikes to ride the Pierre Marquette Trail. We loved this rental and want to stay again! It’s very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The two bedrooms are good sized. We enjoyed the little backyard with the privacy fence and party lights. We were very satisfied with this rental!

We came here for horse progress days. This is perfect for our family of 3. Super clean, quiet. We even had a big group stay in suite A and you couldn’t hear anything they were doing. The only reason we gave the property a 4 was because of the broken thermostat. Because of the thermostat problem we had to use every fan in the place. There were also no screens in the property so we couldn't enjoy the night breeze to cool the place down
