Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please deposit trash in the brown can outside the treehouse.
Turn off any lights or appliances and set downstairs AC to 78 degrees.
Leave bedding on as we will remove and wet towels can be placed in the shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No persons over 21 yrs are allowed on the property that are not listed on the reservation. Any persons staying must be counted on reservation (max 3)
No parties are allowed of any kind. No events, no photography shoots, no music videos, or any other video/photo promotionals are allowed
No drugs (recreational or illegal) are to be brought onto the property at any time. Drug use will result in immediate removal from the property.
