Because it’s true oceanfront on a quiet, no vendor beach within 5 minute walk to downtown, restaurants, marina, activities - no car or taxi/uber required. Dry, non-humid climate that averages 350 days/yr of sunshine.
What makes this property unique
One of the largest terraces in the condo complex; many past guests have said it’s the best unit in all of Terrasol (some say all of Cabo). Front row to some of the most spectacular sunrises from between your toes in bed; sunsets into the ocean from your terrace (sun rises out of ocean from east side of beach and descends into the ocean from the west side). Expertly decorated; extremely comfy patio furniture with shade available all times of day. Hearing the waves from bed, whales blowing from patio.
