This two story riverfront home is centrally located in the mountain village of Townsend, which is less than a mile from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a great room with dining area and spacious living area, centered around the massive river rock gas fireplace. There are multiple porches and decks, including a screened porch off the Primary bedroom suite, as well as an enclosed porch and open deck overlooking the backyard and water. There is a lockable bedroom on the main floor with Full size bed, a loft bedroom upstairs with two Queen beds, and a Queen bed upstairs. There is private parking at the entrance to the home with space for three to four cars depending on vehicle size. You also receive free access to the Wild Laurel Swimming Pool, located at the Wild Laurel Golf Course, as well as the 24-hour Fitness Center.
