Brigantine Beach, NJ is a quiet and friendly Fall vacation destination with low beach and restaurant traffic. The location of this condo provides quick access to all the fun in Atlantic City.as well.
We booked this unit at the last minute. The space is large enough for a small family, a good living room and plenty of TV options. The keyless entry made check-in and check-out simple, and the provided beach tags were a great perk for visiting the beach. The kitchen is outdated, lacks counter space, appliances need upgrades, items are worn and could use a good cleaning. A full-size washer and dryer are a great convenience if needed. Bathrooms are dated, with older vanities storing cleaner and some visible ceiling issues that looked like water damage. The tub and shower need a deep clean, the plastic shower curtain, tiles and ceiling showed signs of mold. The carpets need steamed, and all closets were cluttered with extra linens, blankets, and pillows thrown on the floor, making it difficult to use the closet for clothing or to store luggage. Some of the bedding also had an odor, adding to the reoccurring cleanliness concern. Built up dust on fans and vents, leftover items from previous guests (in/under beds), a white pill on the bunk room floor suggested that the cleaning between guests needs to be more thorough. The main bedroom was spacious with a firm bed, low to the floor and squeaked on one side. A full-length mirror in the larger bedroom was nice. Safer for young children if secured to the wall. Outside has a good yard and porch seating. Hedges, weeds and tree need to be addressed. Overall, the lower unit has the necessities with improvements would be more comfortable.
