Banawa Heights Villa Condo, Condo V4-3C2-UNIT03, Cebu City, Cebu
This unit is new as of 3/2/2024. All items in unit are new. The unit has two air conditioners(one in bedroom, one in living room), 2 burner stove with oven, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, TV and dedicated wired or wireless internet. It has a heated shower. The bed has a medium-firm coil spring mattress. Parking is extra at 200 peso per day to be paid to Apple One Banawa Heights at the Condo office. The couch lets down into a bed for extra guest. Pool access. Security at the gate and security guards on the condo grounds. We have a host in Cebu that will meet the guest at the gate to approve access and guest registration, direct the guest to the condo unit, handover keys, and answer questions that a guest may have.
I.D. is required from the Condo Association and guest are registered at the office. No day to day maid service. The unit will be cleaned on guest check out.
