Wonderful

This is a great property! We stayed here while in town for staff training. We had plenty of room to relax. The property was awesome for what we needed.

Door code didn't work when we tried to ck in and took 20 mins to get in. Condo was 83 degrees when we got in and took 5 hrs to cool off and then it reset itself and was 78 degrees at night so no one could sleep so reset and went to the pool the next day and when we came back it was 78 degrees again. Talked with Cameron and reset a/c and then worked fine. Went to grill and no propane tank and 2 hrs later she responded there was a tank and a half in the frt closet. Well u don't put propane inside of a condo unit let alone it was a coded lock on it and the closet on the deck also locked. Finally delivered propane the next afternoon and the lady set in on the deck and didn't even install it in the grill. No blankets or extra pillows in the entire unit and the shower heads didn't flow well due to hard water and the heads were clogged and dirty. Cameron was helpful as far as letting us reschedule and move our trip back a week and the unit and complex is very nice. I just get the impression maybe she has never managed a property before and doesn't really know what should be available and things like cooling a unit down before people ck in.
