With its terrific location, you'll be just minutes away from Big Island's best beaches, nearby Queen's Marketplace with fabulous restaurants, shopping, and an upscale movie theater with at-your-seat dining, and about 40 minutes from Kona town. Your front door opens onto the gorgeous fairways of the golf course. If you want to skip the Costco run (30 minutes away), there is a great grocery store that serves pre-cooked meals less than 5 minutes from the condo.

Our cozy studio features free WiFi, Xumo streaming TV, AC, a comfy queen bed, new kitchen accessories, and a brand-new washer & dryer. In addition, the living room features a comfy sleeper chair as a sleeping option for those traveling with a small child. The bathroom is well-appointed with the basic toiletries for your stay and includes a bathtub to relax in after a long day of sight-seeing or beach activities. And if you're in the mood for a workout, tennis, pickleball, or a dip in the pool, the club amenities are at your disposal. Amazing sunsets overlooking the beautiful Waikoloa golf course await. Perfect location for a quiet get away with lovely ocean and sunset views. While there is no lanai, the grilling area down the walkway has ample seating that is usually open to enjoy the golf course and ocean view from outside. We have stayed here twice and would return again.

The seamless check-in process made arrival a breeze—no stress, just instant relaxation.Even with a tropical storm rolling through, the owners truly embodied the spirit of aloha. They were incredibly responsive, checking in on us quickly when we needed anything and offering thoughtful support to make sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the weather event. Their genuine care turned what could have been a challenging experience into one that felt warm and welcoming.The condo was a perfect home base for exploring the Big Island. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials, the kitchen had everything we need d to cook a few meals during our stay and we enjoyed grilling out at the community lanai one night. The laundry in unit was a major bonus also! The only thing I would point out (which is maybe obvious from the photos but deceptive based on the title of this condo) is it has a queen sized bed not a king as I assumed form the title “King Studio”. The condo really is great though so it was easy to look past the bed for us. We would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Clean, Quiet, and Great Views

This condo was perfect for a quiet relaxing stay on the Big Island. The full kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of towels and beach items. Beautiful sunsets and friendly neighbors. The pool is very clean and was a great place to relax at when we were done with the beach. If you arrive after dark, the stairs are around the far left side of the building to access the condo.
