This one bedroom condominium has views directly out to the ski area. Watch people ride down the See Me, Vogue, and Voo Doo trails where there are often races of national and international caliber. There is seating for four at the dining room table and an additional three at the kitchen counter. The living area has a large flat screen TV, access to the private balcony, and a gas fireplace. In the bathroom there is a tiled shower with a frosted sliding door.

Great spot!

Came up for a ski weekend with some friends it was great. Right off the mountain for ski in ski out access, and not far from downtown Steamboat.

Perfect ski in, ski out set up at steamboat springs

Perfect ski in, ski out set up at steamboat springs. Skied right to our back door very very short walk, less than 25 yards to get on the trail that takes you right to the left. Could not have been better!

Needs some immediate updating !

Bedroom dresser had two drawers that nearly fell out when opened. The inexpensive, plastic chair that was out on the deck, had a crack in the back rest and was unusable. The hairdryer that was attached to the wall would only work if you kept the ‘on’ button manually pushed in. The humidifier was also inoperable. The management company quickly responded and were able to replace both the hairdryer and humidifier, but both the chair and dresser need to be replaced. . I have photos if you would like me to send them.

Nice but needs maintenance

I wish I could give this unit a better review - it's in a good location and it's a good basic rental unit, which is what i expected for the price. However, there are some maintenance items that need to be addressed: 1) The mattress is *extremely* soft. It was like sleeping a hammock. 2) The water pressure in the shower is very low. 3) The shower has a *lot* of mildew. 4) The sliding door out to the porch does not lock. 5) The living room armchair's arm are disgustingly dirty. Until these are addressed I cannot really recommend this unit.

Excellent Location & Kitchen Amenities

The Property was in an Ideal area close to the Resort, and many Bicycle/Hiking Trails. I was Impressed with the amenities the Condo had especially in the kitchen. The only thing I want to suggest that both Mattresses be updated, as they weren't comfortable after long days of hiking and bicycling.

February 2020 Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family of three. The ski-in, ski-out was great! Easy ski to the gondola or lift and you can ski in right to the building door. The only negative to our stay was not having the shuttle. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Check in was easy-- nice to check in at the main location-- we then received specific directions to our rental. Room was clean and well furnished. location was great for walk out/ski in. wish they had a free shuttle.

Thanks for staying with us and sharing your experience. We're glad that getting checked-in on your arrival day was a pleasant experience, and that our vacation rental lived up to your expectations. The homeowners association at this property does not provide a shuttle service because the parking area does not lend itself to accommodating the shuttle buses (specifically turning them around). There is, however, a FREE Steamboat Springs Transit bus stop nearby in Ski Time Square, providing convenient access to Steamboat's free public transit system just a block or two away from our property.

We had a group of four and we were comfortable here. Nice fireplace. Had the hot tub to ourselves both nights. Hot tub overlooks the hill. Loved it and would come back.

Very comfortable condo with everything you need. Well kept up, with a lovely view of the mountain and a nice (gas) fireplace to warm up after skiing. The best part of this property is the location. The "ski in" is literally to within four feet of the building door. There are ski lockers right inside the door so equipment doesn't have to be lugged up to the room. "Walk out" is a short walk down the stairs and across the drive. From there, it's a short ski down to the Christie Express Lift or to the gondola. Skiers and snowboarders who purchase passes in advance can be on the lift within a couple of minutes of leaving the condo, without waiting in any lines. Short walk to the base area and free city bus makes it easy to get around. This is an older complex, and there's no glitz, but this unit was very comfortable and Mountain Resorts provides great service. A great value.
