The house is very nice. Clean and well maintained. Very well stocked kitchen and easy access.

They do an additional deposit on top of VRBO fees. It was pretty hefty. It was held on my account for an exorbitant amount of time.The property is nice. Not the cleanest. There was some crusty liquid residue on the kitchen island, and there were some curly black hairs on the floor of my bathroom.It is great for the price. But make sure you have extra funds available in your account before booking.
