Excellent communication with host, they were very responsive! The area of Legends golf course was very nice and quiet. The area is secure and safe. This location is in great proximity to restaurants, stores, and the downtown conway area. The condo unit had 2 nice size rooms and the beds were clean. As for cleanliness there definitely is a lack to attention in detail by cleaners as there was a caked up area of dust on fixtures and along baseboards. We did advise owner as a courtesy since we could tell they want a nice condo. The price for unit rental seems to be reasonable for the area, however the cleaning fee is too much considering it is not up to par.

This was the perfect location during our stay for our daughter’s graduation. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay and the host was very responsive to my texts. We would highly recommend this place especially if you play golf which is on the Legends Golf Resort and it is a beautiful community.

Rooms were clean and the small pond behind the villa was relaxing to listen to the water and really enjoyed seeing the turtles and small fish in the pond. The host was easy to communicate with. I would be more than willing to go back and hope the same resident is available next year the same time!
