The House has available 4 bedrooms to use for guests. 2 storage can be accessed only by housekeeping.

It has big living room with wall mounted TV over the fire place.

Master bedroom has California king size bed. 2 walk in closets. There is a attached full bathroom with double sing, with jacuzzi and walk in shower.

Baby crib is available inside walk in closet.

There is kids bedroom near the master bedroom. It has Royal style bedroom set. What kids does not want to wake up feeling like princess or king?!

There are 2 more bedrooms with double bed and twin bed.

Whole house with 4 bedroom is available, only a small closet reserved for housekeeping access.

This is a very nice house located in a very nice, safe neighborhood. In short, however, I felt it wasn’t well maintained. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the grass needed mowing/weed-eating. (It was eventually done early Sunday morning as we were preparing to check out.) Upon arrival we had difficulty getting the back gate unlatched which was required to access the back door to enter the house code for entry – I ended up having to jump over the brick wall. After entering and checking out the house we realized the front, main door, has damage of some type as well. The dead-bolt could not be locked and the door physically could not be shut to lock, as it appeared to be swollen or maybe a problem with the hinges. We could only secure it with the door guard lock at the top. The toilet in the main bathroom has a significant leak in the seal, which required us to use a towel to sop up sewage water from the floor after the first flushing. We ended up not using that toilet after this was detected. We were unable to get the iron to work. The listing indicated there were two double sofa beds. However, there were none that we could find. The door to the laundry room appears to be broken and is very difficult to close. The cleanliness of the house and property falls short. I’m not sure who does the maintenance and cleaning, but if it is outsourced, I feel a change would make a very positive difference in this property.
