Why they chose this property
Vila Kaja is situated in the best part of Zagreb. It is near the centre but in the green part of the city...under the Medvednica hill.
What makes this property unique
Vila Kaja is very lovely...modern and with a lots of amenities...very cosy but small...only 70m2 and can fit 4 people perfectly... with big open space living area and a terrace where you can dring coffe in stillness..
