Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the queen sleeper sofas in the living room. This condo is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the center of Seacrest Beach. Peddlers Pavilion is at the center of the Seacrest Beach Town Center and has ample shops, restaurants, small convenience store and more! Head over to Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach to enjoy the world famous architecture that makes 30A so unique!

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Industrial size fridge is not functional currently but there is a standard size fridge in the kitchen.
6) Fireplace is not for guest use.
