MAXIMUM 10 Adults +Kids, up to 12 guests on the property at all times.

Outdoor SPA for 6-7 people overseeing the lake and Jasper Mountain. Playroom with full size Pool Table , Foosball and Arcade.

Close to St-Donat ski resorts La Reserve and Mont Garceau. 15 min 

St Donat town is 10 min away 

Walking trails, cross-country ski, snowshoeing (Eco-center Black Mountain and Cap de la Fée.) Access to Skidoo trails 2min.

Ski , skate, snowboard, skidoo or snowshoe , all nearby activities and then relax by one of the two fireplaces with family and friends.

In winter there is a slide for kids of all ages and quick access to many trails

In summer private beach with sand and a large dock. Included : 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, canoe, pedal boat, life jackets, all for your unique experience.

Spacious and cozy cottage on 2 levels with 2 Living room 2 wood burning fireplaces. Wood is provided.

2 wood burning fire places ( one in gaming room and one in main living area)

1 TV with Netflix and X box 

1 smart TV with Netflix, Bell HD Satellite with many Movies 

BBQ with propane

Extra dining chairs and foldable table provided to seat more guests comfortably

Toilet paper, paper towels ( limited), Kleenex ( limited )

Fully equipped kitchen

Coffee maker with filters, over toaster, toaster, blender, cookware, dining set for minimum 10 guests.

-Number of guests has to be respected at all times NO extra day guest allowed

-Quiet outside hours 10pm-7 am

-No smoking inside 1000$ penalty.

-Ruining spa water and requiring water to be changed 250$ penalty

-Dog poop ( if dogs are permitted)has to be picked up (penalty of 50$/ scoop)
