Parking is never an issue as the home comes with an additional lot on the side of the home and a carport for extra parking.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the home for your safety.

FIRST FLOOR:
Spacious, Modern Kitchen with Island and Bar Stools. Living Room consists of two large sofas and a TV for the comfort of your family and friends. Dining Table seats 6 people comfortably. Half bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 1- Huge Master Bedroom with King mattress, TV, and its own private beautiful master bathroom with double sink vanity and walk in shower. Tons of closet space to hang your clothes. Full body mirror behind door

Bedroom 2- Modern Bedroom with queen mattress, TV, and tons of closet space for your belongings. Full body mirror behind door

Bedroom 3- Cozy Bedroom with full size mattress, TV, and small utility closet for your items. Full body mirror located behind door.

Hallway Bathroom- Perfectly sized bathroom with a single sink vanity. Tub and shower combination.

THIRD FLOOR
*** Please be advised that the ceilings of bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor have slight bump outs and angled ceilings (pictured in listing). Even though we have not had any complaints from guests, we just want to disclose it :)

Bedroom 4- Features our cute mini room that offers a full size bed and a decent size closet. full body mirror behind door.

Bedroom 5- Queen size bed, spacious closet space, and full body mirror behind door.

Hallway Bathroom- Mini bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity sink.

***We take house rules very seriously.
1. No smoking.
Any violations will result in immediate removal from our property and no refunds will be considered. If smoke scent from vape, tobacco, and or marijuana detected inside the home, we will charge $1000 fine to deep clean everything in the house.

2. Please keep in mind that quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to our neighbors and community. Any noise complaints from neighbors that result to police being called will result to being asked to leave the premise without any refunds.

Guest access
We have a keyless door and instructions with access code will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
Please note that the third floor is smaller in size with bump outs
and angled ceilings. As a result, it may be uncomfortable for some guests. Please be cautious if you are on the taller side as you may accidentally bump your body or head on the angled structure.
