***NEW LISTING *** Approximately a mile from the water, Coastal Charm is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of Ocean Springs beaches, as well as just down the road from the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.

This charming, newly renovated cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large fully fenced-in backyard, and use of a six-seat electric golf cart.

Coastal Charm is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Coastal Charm features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV.

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a King bed and SmartTV, and in the two guest bedrooms you will find a Queen bed in one, and the other has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle bed for additional sleeping space. Each has Smart TVs.

The bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and two bedrooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

The backyard is a large fully enclosed fenced-in space. Perfect for furry friends to frolic. There is also a grill and seating to relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast breezes.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Great place to stay! A short golf cart trip (which was provided) from downtown. Everything was clean and the small amenities (tootbrushes, a few small snacks, noise machines w/ charging ports in each room) were a bonus! We will definitely rent again for our next Ocean Springs trip.

Great place!

The listing is accurate and it is a nice little house. Well kept, we even brought the dogs with us and the back yard was perfect for them. Was able to tool around downtown Ocean Springs in the provided golf cart. I recommend staying here and would stay here myself when we come back.

Very nice home in great neighborhood. Close to everything. Very well appointed, high end appliances and kitchenware. Although we didnt cook while there, the kitchen has everything needed to cook. We'll be booking again. you need if you do make meals.

What a great place! It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had a nice little basket of extra toiletries. Each of the bedrooms had charging stations and sound machines! We felt very at home here and the property manager was very helpful with our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Originally from Mississippi and having called Ocean Springs home for more than 25 years, my life took a sweet turn when I moved to State College, PA for love. Our plan is to return to Ocean Springs upon retirement, embracing the community we hold dear. Until then, we enjoy traveling, scuba diving, and making our properties feel inviting. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we do!

My property manager is Chris and he has been managing Ocean Springs properties for more than a decade.

Why they chose this property

We are located on a quiet street off Government Street in the golf cart district. It is super convenient to walk to Dollar General for little things and to Po-Boy Express and the donut shop for breakfast and lunch.

In addition to having a fully enclosed backyard and being less than a block to Government Street, it has a 6-passenger golf cart for renters to use.
