Great Stay!

This condo was very clean. Once we figured out the password for the WIFI it was great as well. The parking was convenient. It is assigned parking, which is great. No driving around looking for a good spot. The best thing is that it’s in a great spot!! So getting in and out was good. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed.

The unit was as advertised and clean upon arrival. It is very spacious and simply an elevator ride and few steps away from the beach. The check-in process was very easy. We received a phone call the day-of to confirm our arrival time and received the door code via email. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. No spring breakers drinking and carrying on. Beach chairs can be reserved at the beach hut for free as well! The only negative things were that the screen door to the master room was damaged and the living room couch/master mattress could have been comfier. Parking - Parking instructions were clear, but unloading was a little tricky. From what we could tell there was no area for unloading so you either have to park in someone’s reserved spot and unload quickly or walk all of your bags from the assigned parking spot across the street. Other Things To Consider - Not sure if we missed it on the listing, but we didn’t know that we had to wear wristbands during our entire stay. I’m not sure if the beach is private or it is intended to keep non-residents out of the pool/hot tub. Just a minor inconvenience. The building manager was very proactive. Unloading your vehicle? Put on your wristbands right now. Want to drink a bottle of water while soaking in the hot tub? Absolutely not. Take that as you will.

Clean Condo with Great Beach Access

Condo was clean but had areas to improve such as dead bolt on entrance door, ice maker needs to be repaired and sleeper sofa was not comfortable.

Not actually dog friendly!

The property was nice and I wish it was actually dog friendly to guest! We booked the room including our dog but when we arrived with them we were told only owners were allowed to have their dogs! Thankfully the staff and Vacasa was nice and understood the miscommunication but the room should not be advertised as dog friendly and allow you to book the room including pets!!! Other than that the room/view was great except for the VERY dirty floors! You could not walk barefoot at all without your feet turning black! We had a nice vacation overall though!

Condo was great! Frustrating miscommunication!

The condo was nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped for everything we needed. The staff at the condo were very nice and polite. The atmosphere and area were nice as well. It was exactly what we wanted in a condo except for parking and Wi-Fi access. The information I received for check in had incorrect information regarding parking and Wi-Fi access. After a little while we were finally able to figure out that parking was not in the parking spots under the units, it was actually across the street in the overflow parking area. When calling the number provided for Wi-Fi access, they had the same password info as the text. It was the next day after reading the provided black folder that we found the true login information for Wi-Fi. These were the only problems we encountered during our stay at the condo. I great weekend getaway for my daughters and myself was had on our trip.

Great for quick getaway!

Family always enjoys direct access to the beach. Loved that the rental came with 2 chairs on the beach. Not too far from the pier which has plenty of eatery options. Condo was great for a family. Probably would want to bring an extra blanket or 2. Overall, good place to stay.
