Such a cute ans cozy place to relax. Remodeling is perfect. Better than a hotel. Would recommend staying here to anyone (except those who can't climb stairs) would definayely stay here again.can't say enough nice things.

This small attached home is perfect for 2 people! Very nice and clean! The host is very friendly and even supplied lots of snacks, cereals, fruit, milk, coffee and much more. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Meredith!!!

My name is Meredith. I live here in Prescott Valley, Az- I have a large home in a quiet neighborhood. I took my theater room and an office area and built a cute, self-contained, studio apartment. I love meeting people and making them at home and comfortable. That means a lot when a person is out of their home environment, for whatever reason.

Why they chose this property

I have lived here for 19 years, and I never am tired of the beautiful views and area. We are close to the main area of town and hiking. Walks are peaceful and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

We have a large custom-built home. This space is self-contained. We are building a special outdoor area just for guests. It is available for use, just not completed.
