The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used linens on floor in each, used bedroom. Leave all used towels on the floors in bathrooms or next to washer (no need to run washer).
Take out all trash. Can is located under the carport or on the street. Trash day is Tuesday and Friday if needed.
Let us know when you depart.

The house was very very nice. We did wish there were more pots large enough to make pasta and a bender to make juice. But other than that our family was comfortable.

Nice, clean & quite neighborhood that was very convient to stores & to family members we were visiting. Home still need some updates, particularly master bath shower doors outdated & shutter door allows little privacy, no ventilation, hall bath ventilation fan loud & unpleasant odor. Overall OK
