This is a fantastic property and we would stay there again. Linda is a great host. She was helpful when I had questions and she’s a great communicator. You won’t find a better stocked kitchen and pantry. We all thought the historic aspect and how the property was decorated added to the comfort and fun. If you want to go out for meals, there are plenty of restaurant options less than a half mile.
We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It was well stocked with everything we needed for 7 adults of all age ranges. Communication with Linda was fantastic - any questions we had were answered promptly and we felt well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to the Springfield area, and look forward to staying here again if we're ever back in town.
We had an awesome stay in Eugene here for our Marathon weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, Linda is prompt to respond to questions, and the beds/bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t lack for anything over our stay. It’s not often you get stay in a nationally historic place, and we would absolutely stay again.
This is the most equipped house we’ve rented. I love the coffee bar and all the extras. The host, Linda was attentive and helpful. The back yard is gorgeous, fenced in and our pup loved it out there. Everything was perfect! It was a perfect house for a family reunion.
This home is such a find! It is a great place for a large group but is also set up for solo travelers and long stays. The garden is so incredible and smells amazing! It’s minutes from the historic downtown area with lots of restaurant options and shops. Our family was in town for a wedding and this place ended up being a perfect fit! There was even a bed nook for my nephew! He thought that was pretty cool. To say that this place is dog friendly is somewhat of an understatement. There are so many considerations made for you furry friend, including puppy pads, poo bags, and even a blanket for those pups who sleep on the bed. The host was very kind and super attentive. She even turned on the heat before we arrived when she noticed that there was a change in the weather. We will definitely book again in the future!
This home was beautiful and within walking distance of bars restaurants and some small stores. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we've ever stayed. I was even able to bake a pie for my son's birthday. Linda was always quick to reply when I had a question. We had a very relaxing week there for our son's wedding at Mt. Pisgah. There was space for gathering as well as space for alone time.
Linda’s home is fabulous. We had 3 generations in our group, and there was space for all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The WiFi kept us all connected. There was plenty of parking on the street for both of our vehicles. We really enjoyed the location. We were able to walk just a few blocks to get to shops and restaurants. We were very lucky to be there when the apples, peaches and grapes in the yard were in season. They were wonderful.
100% great place to stay for Eugene or Springfield trip
This house is amazing -- super comfortable, beautiful and quaint, with every amenity thoughtfully considered and provided. Linda was prompt and clear in communications and the house exceeded our expectations. It comfortably housed our group and allowed ample indoor & outdoor space for us to host a meal for others who were in town for the same event. The location is very central to Springfield (cute shops & restaurants/bars, though we didn't have time to visit them this trip) and is very close to most attractions in Eugene as well. I would like to keep it a secret for our future trips but feel compelled to tell you all it's awesome.

Thanks for your review and kind words Carol. It was a pleasure hosting you and your group as my first Vrbo guests! What a pleasant experience.
We had a wonderful time staying at this home. There was plenty of room for all of our group, so many little touches that made the home unique and adorable. We loved the ability to relax on the back deck at the end of our days. Linda was a true delight to work with.
The home, including additional bedroom, was great for our group of 7 ladies. Everyone had their own bed, plus plenty of bathrooms. The common areas worked well for group meals and hanging out. The yard is cute. Communication with Linda was easy and everything went smoothly. Our group all said they'd stay here again.
