Welcome to the Premier of "Coquina Surf House" This coastal beachside home is located 20 minutes south of the Historic St Augustine Beach and 35 minutes north of Daytona's World Famous Beaches. This home is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas River. This home and the beach is dog friendly. Your own beach access from the community lies a couple blocks up. Use the golf cart or enjoy the walk. Most things are within walking distance. This is old Florida at its best!
