Place was well furnished, bed was comfortable, had hot water, towels, and amenities. The location was great because of the access to Columbia.Unfortunately, place was very cold in winter and the heating didn't work. Didn't have body soap or conditioner, only shampoo.
Apartment was as shown in photos. Walking distance to train stations, food and shopping. My friend and I felt safer with the automatic locking door at the entrance.
Rental is in a great location for subway access. Laguardia M60 bus is 2 blocks away (2.90 per person). There wasn't a lot tourist attractions, for me in area. But, I able to take the subway downtown (Wall Street and up to the Bronx 235th street). The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.
This place is very cute! I had never been to New York before but this was a great place to travel to all the iconic New York sites.

Property is in a good location and was beautiful and clean! At a great price too :)
Towels, silverware, plates, and a full kitchen provided was such a plus!
And the host communicated very promptly.
We had a great stay in this apartment in Harlem. location was great—walking distance to both the Blue and Red Subway lines. We thought the lock on the door to the unit seemed a bit loose and the bathroom was a little bit dirty but the place was fine for our purposes. the kitchen sink faucet was also loose and it wasn’t able to regulate the temperature of the water. Host was quick to respond when needed and check in / out was a breeze.
The property itself is very nice and comfortable, I wouldn't have minded staying longer than 2 days. Though there was a hiccup with the checkin process, I would book another stay here.

This was an amazing spot! So close to the bus stop that takes you to LGA! And so close to a lot of restaurants and shops! Very spacious and very well decorated. Next time I am in New York my husband and I would want to stay here again!
Pretty great location in Harlem and a surprising amount of room. My only complaint is that there was some noise at nights, seemingly from other people in the building
The studio is comfortable and well equipped, very conveniently located. Easy access to the subway and buses in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. Close to a variety of stores. Angela is a very reactive and efficient host. We certainly do recommend this property!
The location was great and communication before the trip was great. However, once we got there and reached out because we were freezing each night and asked if there were more blankets available, we received no response. We had to turn the heating unit there up to the max, 86 degrees, every night and wore our socks and day clothes over our pjs. I don't think the heating unit is in proper working order and the radiator foe the building seems to only be on in the daytime. The floors were like ice at night.
Nice little studio in a great location. The bed was fairly comfortable; the starter kit of coffee pods, coffee are, and sugar was really nice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Angela is a great host. We really enjoyed our stay in NYC.
Thank you very much! Everything was great. We love Harlem and will be back as always! This is a great area if you want to stay outside the city and catch a baseball game in Bronx and enjoy soul food. If you want to catch a ride into the city, Curb is a great and easy app to use (not a ad.). It is expensive the farther you go obviously! Over all great stay very easy instructions!
We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West!
The apartment was exactly as portrayed. Very neat and clean. The manager was very responsive to requests and dealt with them immediately. However, it is NOT in the area advertised. It is a significant walk away and that was very disappointing.
Did not stay at all; was concerned about the cleanliness and security of the room because it was difficult to secure the door to the room. Bed did not look made, stains on some of the bed linen, roll of toilet paper was almost finished without a spare. Extremely tiny bathroom which was drafty, sink was clogged. Every movement and ongoings outside of the room could be easily heard.
Lovely spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood in Harlem
I really enjoyed my few days here. The apartment is very well equipped with good shower and comfortable bed. It was very quiet and has lots of stores nearby. The nearby subway station is also great and gives excellent access to the rest of New York City. The host was helpful and communicative. If like me you are flying into JFK you can save yourself money by catching the Airtrain to Howard Beach and then the A subway train all the way to the nearest subway - it’s a 10 minute walk from there to the apartment and it’s all level. There are steps up to the front door of the building.
