Very nice condo in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable. Karina is an excellent host. She responded to all questions promptly. All issues were resolved immediately. We had a great stay for 3 months. I would highly recommend Karina’s place for any length of stay. Thank you Karina for all your help. Hope to stay there again

Parkside Stay

It was a great location near to some walking distance restaurants and sites. The only negative items I had was the location of the garage and it was hard to extend my stay. I would definitely return to this unit and this host.

Hi Steven- I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback. We care about providing a positive experience to all of our guests. The garage is located across the street from the unit. I will agree, it is a decent walk. However for those that prefer a shorter distance, street side parking is available and fairly easy to find. Unfortunately, as the host, I cannot extend your stay. This is something that can only be done by the guest. Nonetheless, I am happy you decided to extend your stay!!! I have shared your feedback with VRBO in regards to this point. Perhaps they can make some changes to the website in the future. We welcome you back to paradise!

Nice apartment at convenient location, kind, responsive host, some mistakes

The apartment was as advertised, 3rd floor, backyard facing ( view not too nice, but at least a tree in front of the window to see ). At arrival we had some difficulties but a resident let us in the building, after that everything was easy. We had some minor issues, but Karina was very kind and responsive, every time and handled all matters. There was only one set of keys, but by next afternoon we got the second set. The general cleanness is OK, but the floor was not properly washed and was so dusty and sticky that our slippers picked up all dust and distributed throughout the apt. A major problem for bad sleepers: there are no drapes in the bedrooms, just venetian blinds, so if you need darkness for having a good sleep, this apt.is not for you currently, it gets very light in the morning. The apt. is very well equipped, with fairly new appliancies. Some issues: One day electricity was off for a planned repair for about half day. We were not notified in advance, therefore power went off when we toasted our breakfast bread, and was no chance to wash my hair because hairdryer wouldn't work. Its not the end of the world, but could have been avoided if we know in advance, not just experience it. Once somebody came to paint the doors, an other time the exterminator came to do his job. While I do understand these things are regularly necessary, we had these three issues within a 2 week stay- a little too much to my liking. But we would definitely stay there again.
