-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
-This unit does not come with beach service. Although you can purchase beach service at the beach for an additional fee.

Great location!

This condo is awesome! Clean, plenty of space and the location is great. We walked to the beach and used the heated pool, and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We will definitely be going back!

Great vacation at Sandpiper Cove

This was the perfect location for our family vacation to Destin. During our stay at Sandpiper Cove, my family and I were very comfortable. The location is perfect, central to all shopping and great restaurants in Destin. The area felt very safe and well kept. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed including kitchen utensils, a keurig, and beach towels. It's also located right off the beach, within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed the pickle ball courts and feeding the ducks and turtles in the canal. Overall, a great stay and we hope to visit again.

We loved this condo!!!! Overlooking the canal . You can spend the entire day and night and never leave the grounds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served. The condo was nice and clean, it had everything we needed plenty of towels. Per friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Clean beaches with life guards on the beach along with rental of chairs, umbrella and paddle boards. Definitely rebooking this same unit next year and have already been contacted by the realtor; awesome!!! Thanks

Nice and Clean

Nice condo. Clean and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pools to lounge around and short stroll to the private beach. Only issue was that there no mention of having to pay for $45 dollars for chairs and umbrella at the beach. The condo provided no beach gear. That was fine but would have been nice to know that before we arrived. Besides that one issue good place and would consider staying here again.

Comfort at the Beach

Our condo was very clean and orderly and had everything we could possibly need. All appliances worked and we never needed to contact anyone about problems. The beds were fantastic! As it turns out, the weather was a bit cold for the beach so we did spend a lot of time in our rental relaxing and watching one of 3 TV's. I was a little disappointed in the ugly canal outside our balcony. The canal was often partially running dry so you can see the bottom along with refuse laying there. Other areas of the property had beautiful colorful fountains at night. However, this canal area was an eyesore. Despite this, I felt safe and it was so easy to either walk or park right next to the beautiful Destin beach. Everyone was helpful and nice.

Wonderful Stay

Me and my family(wife 5 and 3 year old plus my in laws) had a great stay at this condo. The host was phenomenal at answering all my questions and also when I was having trouble with getting into the condo with the lock I called the host and she answered right away and helped me figure out what was going on. The condo had enough room for all of us and the deck over looking the canal was a big hit for my kids they loved feeding the turtles, ducks and little fish every day. Only thing I would suggest is different furniture on the deck, well taller chairs and maybe a table so you can see above the railings and also just a little more shelving or something in the kitchen to help put stuff away. There is a big island to keep all your stuff on but would have been nice to have just a little more storage. All in all I give my stay 👍👍(two thumbs up).
