Entrando al departamento se conectan cocina, comedor, y sala que termina con el balcón que da vista hacia el mar hacia el mar
El cuarto principal tiene una tele, cama king size, balcón con vista al mar y un baño privado que cuenta con bañera
El otro cuarto cuenta con una cama queen y una individual y su tele

Tienen acceso a todo el departamento y las amenidades de el edificio

Ubicado en la zona más turística de la ciudad está a minutos caminando de varios restaurantes, bares, y del malecón. Y a espaldas de una plaza nueva es una de las ubicaciones más exclusivas de la ciudad.

Caminando puedes llegar a lo mejor que tiene que ofrecer la ciudad. Si llevas auto es muy fácil navegar ya que contamos con un espacio de estacionamiento. Moverse en Uber o taxi es muy fácil también. Nosotros recomendamos mucho las “pulmonías” que es un taxi único de Mazatlán.

This condominium was beautiful, very spacious, ocean views and just perfect. Víctor the host was so wonderful and super quick to respond. We were there 8 days and it was so nice to be able to make my coffee there in the mornings and sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and drinking my coffee and chitchatting with my husband. Each room had its own TV and the living room had a big TV. The building and the lobby, reception areas, and pool area are gorgeous. The location of the condominium is in the Golden zone and is walking distance to almost everything. We took the public bus to El Centro as well as different places. There are taxis waiting below outside, there is also a Dairy Queen on the premises and a yummy coffee place. I would definitely stay there again. The service downstairs in the lobby was amazing. The security is really good, you need card access to get in and out of the building onto the elevators, etc., we felt so safe there. If you want a nice condominium, that is in a great location, this is a place for you. Thank you so much Victor!

We have rented over the last 40 years with many different condos and this was the worst. I have photos of broken furniture, washing machine howled so bad I didn't use it again, afraid it would break down, broom so dirty didn't use, Check in was three hours and a real mess, could go on and on. This is a condo with no maintenance and I have never complained or been disappointed in all our years of rentals in Mazatlan. Would not recommend this condo to anyone. Mr. and Mrs. Bies

Yes he did but I don’t speak Spanish so very had communicating.Explaining the check in would have been helpful.Also only one key card and there was 4 of us. The safe in the room was in operable the landlord said it was not working.Wanted to lock up are valuables.The bathroom shower and tub bathroom both smelled like septic.

While we never actually saw our host in person, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was fantastic, the amenities were great. It was very nice. There were some minor issues that were inconvenient, but overall it was a great experience. As constructive feedback, there are some things that could be improved upon:The biggest issue was having only one access card for the building and elevator. With two teenage daughters they often wanted to go somewhere on their own, but could not. Having only one key was extremely inconvenient and limiting. The unit is advertised for up to 6 people, however, it is highly unreasonable to expect that all 6 will go everywhere together.Overall, we would definitely stay here again.The curtains had what appeared to be sofa sprayed on them, much of the furniture was in disrepair. The living room entertainment console had broken legs (likely from someone sitting on it). It was partially propped up on sliding door hardware, the drawers in the main bedroom were also damaged and difficult to open and close. The kitchen stools had the upholstery buttons damaged and the metal bottoms were bent up making them unusable. My daughter cut here bottom sitting on one. One of the kitchen outlets did not work, and the coffee maker’s power button was broken but we were able to use the cord to plug it it to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off.
