W really enjoyed our stay. Great location! Cute little coffee shops and antique stores just around the corner. Spacious for 4 people. We especially enjoyed the view from the terrace!

We loved the apartment. Great kitchen and sleeping areas. The location was great. Parking was a bit of a pain and got costly, but that's city living. Parking is available across the street. Great, free outdoor pool in the harbor right across the street. It was a nice way to relax after walking around all day. No complaints, except for parking, which would be difficult everywhere. I recommend this apartment.
We enjoyed our stay in Quai St. Andre for our New Year's visit to Quebec City. The apartment is in a great spot to access the old city, as long as you're happy to climb some hills! The apartment is spacious and open, and has a good kitchen for a meal in. One note for larger groups, there are no doors separating sleeping spaces, so make sure you're close with your party.

The property was in a good location, however, the management should indicate that you have to go up several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. In addition, the sink in the upper floor leaked and the closet door came off the hinges as soon as you opened it. There were no additional paper towels, and the switches and the lights they operated seemed to have no rhyme or reason to it. Most noteworthy, the front door to the building didn’t always lock properly. It was a beautiful property but not worth what we paid considering the issues we encountered.

Space was great, beds were comfortable, however communication seemed auto generated, and ran out of toilet paper. There was dust on surfaces and dirty wine glasses in the cabinet.
