Christian was our welcoming manager and he was awesome: very helpful when we had questions and a small issue with the water heater alarm. I am very picky and the sheets were not to my standards of cleanliness upon arrival, but I took care of that with the convenient in unit laundry. The location was so convenient for our explorations of Bonhomme (Winter Carnival) and an easy walk to Rue Saint Jean (3 minutes uphill a bit) and its restaurants, groceries and SAQ. Suggested improvements: One of the floor lamps was broken when we arrived, so the light was not optimal. We also wish there was more light in the bedroom (just one tiny desk lamp). Lots of storage space and a big walk in closet was nice. Quiet was appreciated since we faced an inner courtyard and not the busy street. Overall, good stay.

Close and Convenient

Great location literally on the doorstep of Old Quebec. Easy walk directly into Old Quebec with tons of restaurants, shopping, art galleries and more. We found traffic to be easy to navigate if you have to drive anywhere.The parkade is not for the faint of heart with tight corners and small parking spaces, and we were 6 floors down. That said, there were few cars in the building which made things easier.Front door staff were generally wonderful though the initial check-in was challenging. Our room had no WIFI and no TV connection and we eventually found that the Bell router/cable box was missing. Took about a day to get WIFI and no response when we sent messages to the owners about fixing the TV issue or supplying an HDMI cable - so we bought our own to watch a few movies in the evenings.Generally a very good experience with a few minor issues that detracted from the stay.
