NOTICE - We do not rent to high school or college age groups - We rent to family groups only. The principals in renting must be over 25 years of age and be present for the entire duration of the stay.
Celadon Beach Resort - Quiet WEST END of the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex and the international airport.

Flat screen televisions with premium cable in each bedroom
High speed internet and Direct TV included.
Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless appliances,

We do not supply beach towels or children's sand toys.
We rent to adults and their families. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).
Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.
Our NEST thermostat allows for warm month temperature settings between 70 - 77 degrees. If you require temperatures below 70 degrees, please do not rent our property. We do not adjust for lower settings.
Parking pass is required. Cost is $45 and is paid directly to the Homeowners Association.
This is our second home and we spend 6 - 8 weeks of the year here. We ask only that our guest respect and care for our property while enjoying a beach vacation.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* This is a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' Unit and property.
* The HOA monitors for smoking on the balconies - proven violation of the no smoking policy could result in warning, fines and/or forfeiture of your security/damage deposit.
