Perfectly located for easy access to airport, shopping and all the adventures Wichita has to offer. Three bedrooms each with queen beds and TV’s, two separate dining areas, and spacious living room. The kitchen has granite counters and an eating bar. The interior of this home gives you the feel of a country home with its unique design. Setback off the road with plenty of parking. You will love the warm feeling you get when you enter not your typically cookie cutter home. Our city has now required a long term stay agreement if you need short stay message me and we can discuss options.

Great time in Wichita

The house was listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath but it only has 1 and a half bath. It worked ok for us but the listing needs to be changed. The thermostat needs batteries so we had to purchase and replace them. The ventes in the living room were covered in dust. Just needs a bit more care in the overall cleanliness. The house has a great layout and has lots of room and we would love to rent it again and try out the pool. The host was very friendly and responded to me quickly on questions. Overall experience was very nice!

Thank you for changing the batteries. I could not figure that out and I have asked my sons to help but to no avail. I will change that setting for sure and talk to the cleaning lady about getting the vent covers
